Lincoln Housing Market - March 2022

Homes sold FAST last month in Lincoln with the median number of days on the market dropping to a mere 4 days! There was also a hefty increase in average list price compared to last year at this time. Both average and median list priced jumped by more than 20% year over year. Active listings were down as well as pending and sold homes. If you think it is easier to find a home in Lincoln, think again!
